The liturgical year of our Church begins with Sanctification (Kudos Eatho) and Renewal (Hudos Eatho). As the Mosaic Law reminds us, self-sanctification is essential for priestly ministry. Let us commit ourselves to holiness as we serve God and the world.
The Advent season (Dec 1–25) calls us to repentance and reflection as we prepare to celebrate the birth of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
We also observe World Sunday School Day on the first Sunday of November. Godparents, parents, and Sunday School teachers are called to nurture children in Christ through four areas of spiritual life:
1. Personal Level (Prayer and Bible Meditation) 2. Family Level (Regular Family Prayer) 3. Church Level(Regular attendance in Sunday Worship)4. Public witness (Christian Values and Virtues)
Let us be good models of faith for our children by faithfully engaging with Scripture and Worship.
